Tea Room available for walk-ins without reservations on all days. We take bookings for our inside seating only.

Please note inside will be available for bookings and outside open for walk ins without bookings. We will not be able to answer all corespondance about this as we get 100s of enquiries this time of year. We have 50 seats inside that will be fully booked out and 70 seats outside available for walk ins. If we are full we will have a please wait to be seated sign. We will not be able to seat you until all members of your party are there. Strict 90 minutes dining times through entire venue all weekend.

• Group booking sizes includes children.

• Seperate bookings can not be combined, max 10 per party.

• Bookings are for inside. Outside can be requested on the day if available.

• We have no public bathroom on site. The nearest bathroom is 30 seconds walk away in the Rocks centre.

• Groups can order off our menu, but all guests must order food and drink.

• Weekend bookings are for 10 max, for larger weekday bookings pleae email info@theteacosy.com.au

• If the message says “There is no availability online, please try another combination”, that means we are either booked at that time or don’t take bookings for that many people on that day.
