The Tea Cosy is located in a heritage-listed 1880s building in Australia’s oldest suburb, The Rocks. We are just a stone’s throw from the Harbour Bridge and nestled in the heart of The Rocks Markets, surrounded by Sydney’s rich history and charm.
From light-filled downstairs rooms to cosy upstairs spaces overlooking the markets, there is a room to suit every occasion. Each room is booked with a simple minimum spend, with food and beverages ordered on the day counting toward it.
The Ladies’ Parlour

Light-filled and elegant, located downstairs with easy access. Famously booked by Oprah Winfrey for a private function in December 2025.
